about the role

Trainee Hotel Manager Programme

In order to be accepted on PREM GROUP’s Trainee Management Development Programme you need to be successful in your application process by passing through interview stages and providing supportive references.

Applicants must have a leaving certificate qualification or equivalent. Mature students (23 or over) without minimum requirements will also be considered.

Throughout the three year programme trainees will gain experience in all areas of hotel operations including Food & Beverage departments, Housekeeping, Front Office and General Operations across our properties within the group.

In all departments the trainee manager will provide leadership and assist the Head of the department including rostering, recruitment, and training of new staff.

 The trainee manager will assist the General Manager in the everyday running of the property as a profit driven, customer focused, team oriented business.
