Are you ready for a new challenge?
As a technical service employee you will be involved in everything related to maintenance and technology inside and outside the hotel. You are the first point of contact for our hotel guests when defects or malfunctions are reported. Your duties and responsibilities include;
- Removing faults and (simple) repairs to equipment, plumbing, lighting, locks and hinges. You also perform (repair) painting
- Calling in third parties/assemblers in case of malfunctions of power supply, central heating, elevators, etc.
- Co-coordinating and supervising external firms for repairs, maintenance and renovations to be carried out.
- stock control of materials (for example: lamps, furniture, small equipment).
- Under instructions from manager, perform general work such as connecting audiovisual equipment, performing internal moves.
- Preventive maintenance of rooms/administrative work.
The vacancy is for 32 to 38 hours per week.
