What do you like most about working in PREM Group?
For me, the sense of belonging to a company with a shared vision and purpose is important – the company values are clear and underpin everything we do. It is a pleasure to work with a team of people across three countries who are all really passionate about hospitality and constantly striving to make improvements for our guests and for our teams. That collaboration, the support of the team and from the team and the opportunities for constant learning, flexibility and work life balance do make PREM Group a great place to work.
What training or career progression opportunities have you had whilst working in PREM Group?
I am a keen advocate of lifelong learning both for myself but also one of the nicest part of my role is that I get to plan training/ learning and career progression opportunities for the team.

What do you like most about working in PREM Group?
I’ve been with PREM Group since 1996, and it’s been a very rewarding journey. One of the things that has kept me here for so long is the sheer variety of opportunities across the group. With hotels, serviced apartments, and a number of different businesses within PREM Group itself, there’s always room to grow and explore new paths.
What training or career progression opportunities have you had whilst working in PREM Group?
From day one, I’ve felt supported in my career, with plenty of chances to develop, take on new challenges, and progress into new roles. From starting out as a hotel receptionist over 27 years ago to my current role as group sales and marketing manager, I’ve enjoyed great career opportunities, working in many different positions along the way.

What do you like most about working in PREM Group?

During my time at PREM Group, I completed a Diploma in Digital Marketing to support my career growth and stay up to date with best practices in the field

What do you like most about working in PREM Group?
The people – The people in all departments in PREM Group are some of the friendliest people to work with – no bad eggs. Everyone is talkative with eachother no matter what department they are in or how well they know eachother.
What training or career progression opportunities have you had whilst working in PREM Group?
Yes – I started in an assistant level role in 2018 which was a step down from my previous position. Thinking that I would likely gain some experience and then have to move on to progress higher, I was pleasantly suprised when I was promoted within a few months. Since 2018 I have enhanced my position in the company and have had the opportunity to create my own role. I have done numerous trainings such as ‘Train the Trainer’ which allows me to help and grow my current team.

What do you like most about working in PREM Group?
The thing I like the most about working at PREM Group is the team. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and hard-working. Senior management always encourages me to try new things and improve my skillset, which I really appreciate.
What training or career progression opportunities have you had whilst working in PREM Group?
Yes, I have had many over the last 12 years, from online training to in-person days. I have yet to request additional training that gets denied. I am always encouraged to learn, grow and try new things.
