De rol
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join us as Group Operations Manager of PREM Hospitality for PREM Group UK. This senior leadership role is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe’s leading hotel management companies, operating hotels and serviced apartments throughout the UK, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands. With 9 superbly located Premier Suites sites and the beautiful Leopold Hotel, Sheffield, the UK portfolio is as exciting and diverse as the role we are recruiting for! This role can be office based in Liverpool, or can be hybrid with the successful candidate being able to work from home and from any of our sites located around the UK.
De taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
- Lead and manage the operational aspects of multiple properties within the UK portfolio
- Together with the Regional CEO, develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Support the General Managers in achieving business objectives for their properties
- Analyze financial and operational reports to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and operational excellence
- Support the General Managers and team members to learn and develop in their roles
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health/safety standards
De succesvolle kandidaat heeft:
- Minimum of 8 years in senior operational roles within the hospitality industry
- Strong experience in health and safety management
- Excellent facility management skills
- Proven track record of successfully leading and supporting multiple teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding operational targets
- In-depth understanding of hospitality industry trends and practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable
- Most importantly: We seek a Group Operations
