The Role

As Central Reservations Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact within the guest journey, responsible for assisting, advising, presenting quotes and helping confirm bookings for ouclients and potential guests. With your enthusiasm, it will be effortless to convince potential guests to stay at PREMIER SUITES. Through your friendly yet clear communication, you ensure guests have no further questions. By creating accurate offers that includeall the specific needs of the guest, you facilitate quick confirmations. You will be the first person the ‘’guest journey’’ and you love it!

Yyou will have day-to-day contact with our potential guests and clients via phone and email. You will handle administration tasks such as sending offers, confirming reservations and keeping everything up to date in our reservations and CRM system. You will communicate with several department about the guest requirements and enjoy working within a team.

Main responsibilities

  • Book reservations into the reservations system and CRM system
  • Inform, advise and sell additional services to our guests and clients
  • Handle all group reservations; you will be the administrative point of contact for all groups
  • Follow up on offers and optional bookings
  • Create invoices all long-stay bookings
  • Create and manage hotel profiles within different booking channels
  • Communicate with other department about essential booking information
  • Assist with operations when needed

What are we looking for?

  • ­You communicate easily in English (both verbal and written), Dutch is not necessary but definitely a big plus!
  • You graduated with at least on MBO level
  • You are commercially orientated and enjoy having goals to achieve
  • Networking and sales among you strongest skills
  • You are proficient with World, Excel and Outlook
  • Hospitality is truly your passion
  • Experience is not required but is a significant plus
