The Role

Due to our continued growth, PREM Group is looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join its team in Continental Europe. A challenging role in a growing organisation where you can work innovatively. For this position, we are looking for someone highly analytical with 3-4 years of working experience in hotel revenue management, who is looking for a new challenge. IHG experience would be great. This person will work closely with the other Revenue colleagues, the commercial team and the General Managers.

Scope and General Purpose

  • Drive market share and revenue performance for a portfolio of 5 – 8 hotels;
 

Pricing & Yield

  • Ensure competitive pricing for 365 days out;
  • Understand each city’s calendar of events and to ensure rates are positioned accordingly;
  • Advise sales teams on group pricing;
  • Find new opportunities in pricing rate and room types as well as additional revenue;
  • Lead weekly pricing calls with General Managers to look at tactical changes in pricing and inventory management;
  • Advise hotel Operations and reservations on effective inventory management;
  • Set-up tactical promotions through online channels that support the property’s revenue goals;
 

Distribution

  • Conduct corporate rate loading
  • Maintain and looking to optimize following systems
    • OTA Extranets
    • Channel manager e.g. Site Minder
    • GDS extranet
    • Net Affinity extranet
    • IHG Concerto
    • THN extranet
    • Ratewise ( revenue management system)
  • Maintain OTA/Meta/OWS content, pictures, policies etc in collaboration with Marketing
  • Actively review rate parity and action any issues
  • Evaluate and drive business through the lowest cost of sale with focus on the property’s own website.
 

Performance Management

  • Create and run analyse and action -> monthly reporting related to performance management including channels, competitive benchmarking;
  • Lead and participate in monthly commercial call with the Commercial Team and General Managers;
  • Create a weekly forecast;
  • Manage our revenue management systems Ratewise and IHG RMS to ensure that data is correct.

This is you

  • 3-4 years’ experience in Hotel Revenue Management or similar experience
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Highly Analytical
